Dr. Sunil Khattri is the founding Managing Partner of the law firm, and expertises in Legal aspects of Surrogacy and ART under Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, with nearly forty years experience in medical field.

The law firms accepts cases and serves clients from PAN India. He is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College, Poona University from where he obtained MBBS and MS in General Surgery. He obtained his LLB from Delhi University. Dr Sunil Khattri and Associates is the best law firm in Delhi NCR.

Priyana Gupta is an accomplished legal professional who completed her integrated BBA.LLB from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, in 2023. With a strong foundation in corporate law, Priyana has handled intricate matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Company Law, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, among other corporate legal frameworks.

Her practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation and corporate advisory services, where she represents clients before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the District Courts of Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various quasi-judicial bodies and tribunals.

In addition to her practice, Priyana has authored several articles and research papers on both Indian and international legal issues, published in esteemed online legal journals. Her commitment to rigorous legal research and strategic advocacy makes her a reliable legal advisor in complex corporate and civil matters.

Advocate Rajiv Ranjan Shukla is a distinguished legal practitioner with a strong academic foundation, having completed his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2020, followed by an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2022. He possesses extensive expertise in criminal and civil law, service jurisprudence, consumer protection, and matters pertaining to criminal negligence. 

Over the years, he has garnered valuable experience by working with eminent lawyers and reputed law firms, which has honed his litigation skills and deepened his understanding of complex legal frameworks. Known for his analytical acumen, meticulous approach, and unwavering commitment to justice, he offers strategic legal advice and effective courtroom representation to individuals, corporations, and institutions.
